“For privacy reasons we cannot disclose another member's password, even under these circumstances. However, upon a direct relatives request we can cancel the account. Alternatively, we can leave the profile active with the following changes:
- Make the user's profile private
- Change the user's profile name to read 'In Memory of…'
We also include instructions on how to un-join them from any school group they had joined, and how to change their profile back to private.”
